First and foremost I am defined by my family. I am the very proud husband to CiCi and father to Caroline (24 - attending the US Naval Academy), Emma (16), Jack (15), and William (13).  I am the son of my hero - Captain Roy Dooley, USN who served our nation for 30 years and Nancy Clifford Dooley - the greatest mom and grandmother anyone could ask for.
