In his role as an Assistant District Attorney, Daniel Higgins has devoted his entire legal career to the safety of the residents of Cape Cod.  This commitment and dedication has its roots in his family's history of law enforcement. Indeed, Attorney Higgins' grandfather and both of his parents were career investigators in the Manhattan, Boston, Worcester and New Hampshire Offices of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
