Catherine Ann "Cottie" Petrie-Norris is an American politician who is in the California State Assembly. A Democrat, she represents the 74th Assembly District, which encompasses the coastal Orange County communities of Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Laguna Woods, and Laguna Beach.
