Our Constitution is under attack. Many of today’s politicians see the Constitution as a “living document”. It is not. The Constitution is our founding document. I will fight to protect it, especially the first and second amendments. Our freedom of speech and right to bear arms are essential to being a free nation.
I believe that our Constitutional rights allow us to choose if we want to be vaccinated. I do not support vaccine mandates for jobs or students. I do not support mask mandates. This is government unconstitutional overreach and an assault on our personal freedoms.
Children belong to their parents, not the Government. Parents have the authority to decide whether to vaccinate their children or not. Parents have the right to decide what medical treatments their children should have. Attempts to take away parents’ rights, by allowing children to receive medical procedures without parental consent is wrong. Only in Communist countries do children belong to the “State”.
Every student deserves the best education, regardless of where they live. I was a supporter of the School Choice initiative, and will continue to support the initiative again. Many schools are failing our children. They are teaching CRT and Comprehensive Sex Ed, when they should be teaching math, science, civics and vocational classes. Parents should be able to choose the school for their child, whether it is a public school, charter school or private school. The money should follow the student.
