Security/Safety PRIORITY ONE

Security and Safety First: With over 25 years as a security provider in California, it is clear that laws have allowed an unsafe environment for Californians.  In the past few years, we have seen laws like Proposition 47 dilute our ability to charge criminal activity and allow criminals to walk the streets. When Elected, I will change the laws in California to give law enforcement the opportunity to charge criminals, and District Attorneys the ability to prosecute with success. 

I am very pleased to offer my service to our District where I have worked for over 35 years. I offer excellent personal skills assisting people, and possess a lot of EXPERIENCE in negotiating.

Education

While California was a leader in Economic Strength, the Education System was left behind. It is prudent for California to regain the Number 1 status in our Educational System. Common Core was proven to be unsuccessful in our training abilities throughtout the State.

ENVIRONMENT

We have seen our trees destroyed by allowing people to randomly remove trees, our forests are not cared for properly allowing huge fires to destroy of our forests. I will work to change the course of our environment. The air we breathe can be much better in California with regulation on NEW Construction. Green energy is not regulated properly, and needs prompt attention by someone who genuinely cares. I want to tighened the regulation on chemicals in the air and ground.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

My purpose of my seeking the Assembly seat is to assist in changing regulations and laws that are affecting California  Residents with the growing criminal activity. Crime has increased to unprecedented levels in our State due to our current laws Prop. 47, and Judicial Deferment that have allowed criminals to walk free of prosecution. I will show proof that changing the laws will make the difference. There is not a person in California that is lacking in being affected by the growning crime .  We  have been dealing with a huge increase in daily crime, we do NOT need to accept this as business as usual.  

Judicial Deferment is an Assembly Bill written to allow a reduced punishment or elimination of charges against a criminal.  I was personally affected by this new law after being attacked by a person that had a long history of criminal behavior. This person was offered Judicial Deferment and given 32 hours of community service. The 2X $2000. fine jail time was forgiven and the charges expunged from this persons record.

I have spoken with many residents who normally walk at night, but now have an unsafe feeling about walking on their own sidewalks at night. 

California Legislator's are not working to reduce the current criminal activity, I will start from day 1 working on this problem.

New Corporate Employment

In order for California to regain the levels of employment enjoyed in the past years; it is imperative that laws are changed to lure businesses to return. If elected I will promote business incentives to excite the business climate, and business back to California.



Career Technical Training​​

It is prudent to prepare a student for their future. As your Assemblyman i will formulate programs, and seek funding for multiple career technical training programs. 

Disabled Persons

I will promote safe travel, parking, and working opportunities for Veterans' or persons who are challenged physically with disabilities.

PARENTS RIGHT TO CHOOSE​​

​​​Parents are having their rights to raise their own children taken away. Children do not have the ability to offer consent, it is  a Parents decision to give a child a vaccine. The message is quite clear that Government Representatives have more intelligence at raising children than the parent.​​

SB 866 permits minors 12 years and older to consent to vaccination when the vaccine is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA)


