Norman has been a resident of the 12th Bristol District for over forty years, born and raised in the town of Lakeville. He has been married to Keiko Orrall for 27 years and has two adult children.Norman’s family has been committed to serving their community for generations and he has continued this family tradition by serving in local government as Lakeville’s Town Moderator and on the Lakeville Finance Committee. He also serves as a volunteer and past president of the Lakeville Lions Club.
