Robert L. Jubinville

Robert Jubinville was born and raised in Holyoke, Massachusetts. At an early age, he began to demonstrate his passion for helping others. By age fourteen, he was actively involved with the community through what is now known as The Boys and Girls Club of Greater Holyoke, which he continues to support today, along with other charitable causes.

Character & Integrity

The person who holds a seat on the Governor's Council should be of good moral character and have strong personal integrity while providing an in-depth understanding of the Commonwealth's laws. Ideally, a Councillor should also have experience in our legal system and be dedicated to and passionate about our judicial system.
