The grandson of a freedom fighter, Ritesh Tandon was instilled with an appreciation for freedom and independence. Prop 13 needs to be modified, such that tax is no more than 0.5% of market property value, and it does not grow more than 2% per year or less than half of the CPI index, whichever is smaller.
