Lynch & Lynch has an established track record in the successful representation of professionals in a variety of matters. We provide representation to professionals, particularly attorneys, in the defense of malpractice actions, both at the trial and appellate level, in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts. Our office has represented attorneys in matters in which they have had claims asserted against them in their capacity as fiduciaries, such as trustees and guardians ad litem.
In addition to attorneys, we have also represented insurance agents, real estate agents and brokers, home inspectors, and accountants in professional liability matters, both administratively and in litigation. Our office also represents attorneys in disciplinary proceedings before the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers.
