Excessive and unduly taxes and regulations restrict the people’s ability to thrive and live a prosperous life.
We cannot, or must not, look at a topic such as taxes and regulations as a blanket statement. In other words, we cannot speak generally about this topic, go to either extreme and say that taxes and regulations are good or bad. We must look at them individually and determine in good faith and with common sense, what is necessary and what needs to be repealed. With that being said, some taxes and regulations are necessary, but others are not.
But the fact is the people are overtaxed and over regulated making it extremely difficult for the individual to get by and making it difficult to not only start a new businesses in the State of California, but difficult to keep one alive.
Government should not make it difficult for people to get by or to start their own business, on the contrary, it should be in government’s best interest that the people are thriving, independent and for more independently-owned businesses to exist and keep them in existence.
However, excessive and unnecessary taxes and regulations restrict all of that from happening and they restrict the people’s ability to live their best lives, grow, thrive and be prosperous as we all deserve to be. As your assembly member I will help repeal the restrictions our government puts on our ability to live our best lives as the free and thriving people we were meant to be.
