I became a doctor because my parents taught me that helping others is our highest calling. For more than twenty years, I have helped patients face and overcome their health challenges and go on to lead richer lives. I am running for Congress because CA-40 needs leaders who wake up every day to solve problems and actually help families in our district.
Too many of our families can’t keep up with the rising costs of housing, groceries, gas, and overall cost of living while seeing their incomes stay the same. We need more problem solvers in Congress who will fight to protect consumers against corporate price gouging. I will fight to reduce taxes for the middle class and eliminate tax breaks for special interest groups and big corporations who send production and jobs overseas.
I will fight to increase American production of the things that are in most demand – housing, pharmaceutical drugs, microchips, and other important consumers goods, and I will fight to lower the cost of higher education, preschool and early childhood education, workforce training and other critical opportunities that help our families succeed
